1. Pre-Inspected
The Sellers had the home inspected by a licensed professional home inspector prior to marketing the property. The report is available to the buyer for review at no charge. Buyers may contact the inspector for clarifications about the property condition or order a second inspection at their own expense if desired. Either way, all parties can be comforted as to the condition of the home.
2. Warranted
An HSA Home Warranty is being provided to the Buyers in the event a defect in the mechanics of the home should occur up to a full year after the closing. Without a crystal ball, no one knows when a repair or replacement may be needed. The Sellers are providing peace of mind to the Buyers by furnishing a Warranty at closing.
